- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I had a 20 year relationship with some form of Wells Fargo until yesterday. I had a password issue which resulted in my online access being interrupted. When I asked for help, Brandon a teller, couldn't handle a simple password reset and his ineptitude caused the account to be blocked. Told me to call the 800#. I did and got put on hold for 15 minutes and disconnected. Called again and (after another 15 minute hold) was told to go back to a branch. Called the manager, Steve (compliance monkey vs salesman) and was lectured on the intricacies of compliance(CYA) rather than taking a stab at problem resolution. I've been an investment advisor for blue chip firms for the last 30 years and have forgotten more about compliance than this jerky boy knows. They are fine unless you have to intreract with them. They just don't properly train grass roots level staff. I voted with my feet. Went to a friendlier BB&T branch just as close. Don't waste your time.By zinson123, February 02, 2017
