- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff are rude they act as if customers are a burden. Called on a Wednesday to renew my loan and Friday still no answer. I called back to inform them thanks but no thanks. Employee told me they had no openings to see me until the following week. I had asked how long it normally took she said 24 hours.... I called Wednesday.... Hhhmmmm. I have been a customer for several years and have never had this many issues..
