Wow what jerks the two older gentleman that work here make it extremely impossible to do a simple task such as shipping a pair of shoes the woman in front of me was trying to ship a box of books and she used a certain kind of packing tape it was clear it was fine she was not shipping priority she was paying out-of-pocket for the package and the man behind the counter was giving her a Time about the tape trying to make her take all the books out of the box and repackage them separately using different tape I could not believe it and just rolled my eyes then it's my turn i go up to the counter to the other white-haired gentleman which seems to be the manager of the post office I had a prepaid shipping label ready to ship priority priority boxes are free there are different priority levels you can pay up to certain weights on packages I paid the $6 which goes up to 6 lb my package weighed 4 but they had no big priority boxes for the pair of shoes so I put two boxes together and the man behind the counter did not want to ship the package they told me to take the shoes out and tape priority tape all over the Nike box which would completely ruin the Box these shoes are collector's items keep in mind so no I'm not doing that then they said they needed to charge me for the boxes! Which again are FREE I've been shipping items for 2 years now and have been told by different USPS workers that it's fine just put two boxes together and tape the label on the boxes are FREE if you pay priority anyways I told the man that the woman behind the counter just the other week told me it was fine and he said no we don't do that here I said so this is USPS I've been doing this for 2 years and it's never a problem and his answer was we don't do that here I don't understand what the problem was today or why the post office needs to be ran like Nazis but give people a break you grumps the ladies who work here are very nice and helpful

Payed for 1-3 day shipping. My package was determined to arrive Friday (day 2 for shipping) on tracking. Instead they said they left a note because I wasn't there which they did not actually do (no paper) and I was there (I'm guessing they used that as an excuse to count it as delivered on time) so I went to the post office to check and see if my package was there because that is what you do when you actually receive a note. Arrived waited in line to find out the package hadn't actually arrived yet and that it would be delivered tomorrow (Saturday/day 3 of shipping) so that wasted an hour of my time due to there false alarm of a fake note. So the next day (Saturday) I waited at my house throughout the whole day for it to be delivered checking the tracking. They then proceed to say that the package is at the post office notifying me after they had already closed. Day 3 of shipping there was no effort to deliver my package and informed me when it was too late. They are closed Sunday so I can't pick it up (day 4). So day 5 (Monday) of 3 day max for delivery that I payed for they say they will deliver my package. At this point I highly question whether to trust them to do their job or just go to the office to try and pick it up.
